Westside Tap & Cork was built on a simple idea: pour the kind of beer and wine we'd actually want to drink, in a space we'd actually want to hang out in. No gimmicks, no fluff — just world-class beverages, a little grit, and a lot of soul.
Our founder has been Cicerone Certified for nearly a decade, with a career that's been anything but ordinary. From leading a start-up that piloted the UPS beer shipping program, to creating collaborations with Hormel, Perdue, and even the band 311, to shaping e-commerce in Napa — the path to Tap & Cork has always been about pushing boundaries and championing what's next in craft beverage culture.
And listen — don't sleep on the wine. We've convinced some of our favorite wineries to keg just for us, and we're constantly chasing exquisite juice without caring about hype or labels. If you don't recognize a winery on our list, that's the point. Many of them pour at spots like The French Laundry… no big deal, we just happen to share some of the same producers. Thanks to our network of sommeliers, we stay ahead of trends and keep the program fresh, fun, and unpretentious.
That passion shows in every detail here. From fresh-off-the-truck IPAs and clean wines on draft, to rare bottles and curated snacks, everything is selected with intention. We're more than just a bar — we're a hub for Redding: a place where DJs spin, books are discussed, vinyl swaps happen, and neighbors connect over a shared love of what's in the glass.
